The folks at the University of Tokyo have come up with a conceptual controller that enables you to control a pointer on a phone screen without the need to touch the screen. This is a concept that lets you move a pointer around, handle a virtual keyboard, paint in 3D or zoom around a picture with relative ease. The camera is also able to sense the distance away from the lens, letting you tap towards it briefly instead of clicking on an actual touchscreen display.
