
CMS has announced a new portable hard drive, dubbed the ABSplus. While the market is already flooded with portable hard drives from various manufacturers, the ABSplus differs from the rest by offering CMS’ flagship software product, BounceBack Ultimate “Instant PC Recovery”. The software claims to be able to recover a crashed or failed Windows computer directly from an external USB or eSATA storage device. The ABSplus is currently available in sizes such as 160GB ($135), 250GB ($140), 320GB ($145), 500GB ($169), 640GB ($179) and 1TB ($230).
