Coachella music festival parades solar-powered crane

The Coachella music festival will feature a new solar-powered crane at its entrance that boasts LEDs which are powered by our sun. Thanks to LA-based Crimson Collective, the sculpture is known as Ascension and was inspired by the Japanese tradition of folding a thousand cranes in order to receive a wish. Nice to see event organizers rely more and more on solar power for their energy needs in order to promote a green message.
