Experimental robot mouth

Check out this experimental robot mouth from Japan (where else) that is a pretty worthy attempt to teach robots to talk – while it is still a long way off from robots being as intelligent as the ones we see in sci-fi movies, at least it is a start. The mouth right now looks more creepy than anything else, so hopefully the scientific boffins behind it will be able to make the thing look a wee bit more realistic.
