When the Sagem Puma phone was first revealed to the world with its solar panel being part of its feature, the world was pretty impressed, since it is one of the few handsets to boast such a feature. Well, the Puma phone has finally made its way to the FCC, which could possibly indicate an American release pretty soon. FCC test reports have pointed to support for GSM bands 850, 900, 1800 and 1900, as well as WCDMA bands I and VIII – not good news since it would mean there won’t be any 3G coverage in this part of the world.
