
If you’re a frequent flyer, you’ll probably be overjoyed to hear that Gogo has introduced a monthly subscription plan, so instead of having to pay per flight, you can just shell out $35 to enjoy Internet access on flights covered by Gogo throughout the month. In case you like details, Gogo’s service uses an EV-DO Rev. A 3G connection to the ground, and shares it via a Wi-Fi hotspot. Access to the service can be purchased through carriers who offer flights with onboard Wi-Fi, such as AirTran, American, Delta and Virgin.
