Sure there are plenty of HD camcorders in the market, but how many of them are solar-powered? The HDTV-T900 from Shenzhen Jetyo is one such camcorder, featuring a pair of solar cells; it’s able to juice itself up thanks to the sun. Aside from the solar charging, the HDTV-T900 is able to take 12-megapixel still shots (albeit interpolated), 720p HD video at 30fps, white LED night vision functionality, 3-inch rotatable widescreen display and HDMI output. The device itself offers 32MB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via SDHC memory cards. The Shenzhen Jetyo HDTV-T900 will be retailing for $88.
