HTC could fork out up to $40 per Android handset sold

It seems that more details concerning the patent agreement between HTC and Microsoft have emerged, and this time round we know that the Taiwanese company could very well be required to pay Microsoft anywhere from $20 to $40 for each Android-powered handset sold, although the latter figure does sound somewhat unrealistically high.
