You might have sighted the EKEN M001 eBook reader before, but folks are suspecting that the device has been renamed to the Orphan EB07, as a similar looking device has been put up for sale online, and it’s going for $140-$198. The Orphan EB07 is a 7-inch eBook reader that is powered by Google’s Android OS and offers various features such as broadband Internet access, Wi-Fi a/b/g, built-in browser, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF file support, as well as QQ, MSN and Gtalk messengers.
