LG GW990 Will Stay A Concept Device

LG’s GW990 was a cool device that was on show at CES and was dubbed by Intel as the first production Atom-based phone that would be using a version of Moorestown, a system-on-a-chip version small and efficient enough to run on a smartphone. Turns out that LG doesn’t have any plans to turn it into a production device, as the Korean company has confirmed that it was never going to be a production device and will stay as a concept device. To lose a phone with a 4.8-inch 1024 x 480 display is certainly sad, but hopefully LG will churn out something similar in the future.
