MacBook Pro Part Numbers Show Up In Microcenters System

The rumors regarding an upcoming MacBook Pro update look to have gained further traction, as a leaked screenshot of Microcenter’s inventory system appears to show four different SKUs for upcoming Macs. Based on pricing of the leaked devices, it seems to indicate that the 15-inch and 17-inch MacBook Pros will be getting an update, possibly with the latest i5 and i7 processors. The downside is that there doesn’t seem to be any indication that the MacBook Pro 13 will be getting an update (from the inventory screenshot). To further strengthen the rumor, the folks over at MacRumors also mentioned that they’re received confirmation on these part numbers from a source besides Microcenter, and we should expect the new models very soon. The models in the leaked screenshot are:

  • Mac system #2 Best-USA MC024LL/A $2299.99
  • Mac system Better- USA MC372LL/A $1999.99

It’s worth noting that these SKUs don’t explicitly mention the MacBook Pro, so it could be new iMac models for all we know. That being said, the prices listed are a lot closer to the MacBook Pros, but let’s keep an open mind on this, shall we?
