Microsoft Mystery Event Unfolds Today

We’re heading to a Microsoft Event today, and we’re not 100% sure about what to expect. The word on the street is that Microsoft will announce new phones, codenamed Pure and Turtle, for the Verizon network. The new phones are aimed at social media users, and won’t be running Windows Phone 7, which is coming out only in the Fall. Instead, this might be something that shows the fruits of the Microsoft acquisition of Danger Inc, the maker of the Sidekick.
