
It seems that the Barnes & Noble Nook outsold the Amazon Kindle in March, which is a surprise by all accounts with the Nook making up 53% of all ebook readers shipped to US vendors last month. Amazon executives probably don’t really mind this news too much, since the Kindle app is already available across a wide range of devices such as the Apple iPad and a whole bevy of other smartphones.
