Optoma’s PK-201 pico projector has started to ship with a list price of $299, although it was already up for pre-order since January last year. Inside, you will find that it features Texas Insturment’s new WVGA (854 x 480 resolution) DLP chipset, where it boasts 20 lumens of brightness alongside USB, VGA, HDMI and A/V ports for further connectivity. You will definitely need to purchase a microSD memory card to go along with it, since the 30MB of internal memory is certainly not enough for everyday use.
