Palm Is Apparently Up For Sale

It doesn’t take a genius to guess that Palm is going through some rather troubled times at the moment, and the recent rumors of possible acquisitions by Lenovo and HTC certainly haven’t helped. Now Bloomberg is reporting that Palm has put itself up for sale, and offers should be coming in sometime this week. The news did do Palm’s stock a little bit of good, as the stock price did go up amidst all the speculation. Apparently Dell had also taken a peek at the troubled company, but decided to give it a miss. Do you think that an acquisition would be enough to help Palm ride out the storm?
