You might have thought that Polaroid was done for a few years back, but now the company has come out and stated that it’s planning to enter the gaming scene, which is a big shift from its usual forte – cameras. Apparently this won’t be Polaroid’s first foray into the gaming scene, as the company offered a 15-in-1 game controller about two years back. The company now plans to offer sports packs and a sensor bar for the Wii, a microphone headset and battery packs for the Xbox 360, third-party wireless controllers for the PS3 and a dock for the Nintendo DS. Do you think this strategy will succeed? We do wish them the best of luck, though.
