It seems that the Samsung Galaxy S which was recently announced might be making its way to AT&T, especially with a recently spotted Samsung SGH-I897 sharing some very similar specifications, including a 4″ AMOLED display and TouchWiz 3.0 that has a similar Bluetooth profile as with the Galaxy S. It is also interesting to note that according to history, all Samsung phones which had model numbers starting with SGH and ending in 7 have always ended up at AT&T.
