Skyfire 2.0 For Android Is Here

Web browsers are more or less our window to the Internet, so it’s obvious that they’re important when it comes to the Internet. Skyfire is looking to improve the lives of Android users by introducing Skyfire 2.0 for Android. The new version offers a SkyBar, sitting at the bottom of the screen, which offers easy access to useful new features. The most obvious improvement would be a workaround for the lack of Flash on your phone, as it can do server-side conversions of Flash video to a more supported format such as HTML5. If you’re looking to get a new browsing experience on your device, you could give it a go. With Opera Mini being approved for the App Store, it’ll be interesting to see if there will also be a version of Skyfire on its way to Apple’s iPhone.
