Sony PS2 could be discontinued soon?

It is only a matter of time for the inevitable to happen – Sony could very well discontinue its PS2 console soon, and for those who keep track of pricing will realize that when it reaches the $99.97 price point at store shelves, it would mean Sony will not produce any more PS2s. Hats off to a wonderful console that has provided hundreds of thousands of hours to gamers worldwide.
