Teijin PU_PA Electric Vehicle

Going electric seems to be all the rage these days, and Teijin Ltd. of Japan has come up with their new concept prototype known as the “PU_PA EV”. Made using a cacaphony of technologies which involved weight reduction, hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs), it is currently on exhibition at Teijin Mirai Studio, Japan. While the body was made using materials from Teijin, all the other segments such as the electric system, driving and steering systems were purchased from other companies. Unlike other concepts, this one can be driven, although it isn’t road legal just yet as there are safety concerns to deal with beforehand. This two-seater has an average running speed of 60km/h and can hit 100km per charge.
