Toshiba UX600 Cinema Series LED HDTVs are Windows 7 certified

The Toshiba UX600 Cinema Series LED HDTVs was announced just slightly more than a week ago, but here’s a tiny update and a feather to Toshiba’s cap – it holds the distinction to be the first TV in the market that comes with the Compatible with Windows 7 logo. Basically, this logo means the device has complete freedom to use Windows 7’s Play To feature to play music, pictures, and videos to this TV over your home network, since the UX600 range comes with Ethernet as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. Adds a little bit of peace of mind, doesn’t it? Hopefully the certification process isn’t as botched as Energy Star’s.
