Can’t decide what to do with your old redundant 20GB hard drives? You could always open them up, attach some sandpaper to the platter and turn it into a machine that will help you sandpaper stuff. That’s what this user did with his hard drive, using a carefully cut piece of sandpaper. If course, you probably wouldn’t be using it for a big project, but if you’re just having some fun, this would probably be a great weekend project.
