Twettle: A Twittering Kettle

What will the intelligent people of this world cram Twitter into next? It seems like home appliances are popular, and that would probably explain why we’ve found a Twittering kettle, or Twettle as you might have it. The Twettle sports Wi-Fi, ensuring that it will be able to connect to your home Wi-Fi. Aside from Wi-Fi, the Twettle also offers a small display, so that you can enter the network password if your home Wi-Fi is encrypted, as well as making it easy for you to enter your Twitter details. Finally, the Twettle also has an API (application programming interface), allowing you to fiddle with it and add functionality if you so wish to do so. You could do some fancy stuff like switching the Twettle on via Twitter Direct Message, or even set the Twettle to boil at a lower temperature. So what’s next? A Twittering toothbrush perhaps?
