Velocity Micro has revealed that they will be offering the Cruz Tablet and Cruz Reader in due time, where it will come in 4:3 and 16:9 configurations. Meant to go up against e-readers and tablets, the Cruz devices will feature a 7″ capacitive multitouch display, an 800MHz processor and Android 2.1 alongside Flash 10.1 to get you started off the right footing straight out of the box. The best news of all? It will not cost more than $300 a pop, so you will have to wait until later this summer to catch a glimpse of it at a retail store near you.
