Verizon Stocking Up On The HTC Incredible?

A screenshot of the HTC Incredible apparently showing up in Verizon’s systems has surfaced, and according to the person who supplied the image, the “On Order” tag in the picture actually indicates that the phones are already in the warehouse, but they’re not ready to be sold just yet. Apparently the phone won’t be shipping to stores this week, but if Verizon’s already got the phones, you can be sure that the carrier wouldn’t want it to sit there and rot. 156,709 cell phones is certainly a juicy number to sell, and do you think that it will have a tough fight with Sprint’s recently announced HTC EVO 4G?
