
According to Asus president and CEO, Jerry Shen, the company will be releasing two versions of the Asus Eee Pad, one version will be an ARM-powered device sporting Google Android or Chrome; the other will be an Intel Atom-powered device sporting Windows 7. According to him, the 10-inch device will be thin, light, and be cooled passively. The Windows-powered Eee Pad is expected to debut at the upcoming Computex 2010 while the Google-powered versions aren’t expected anytime soon.
