FaceVision certainly took their time with the TouchCam N1 720p HD VideoCam, where the device is finally out and available for purchase a good 5 months plus after its announcement at CES 2010. Still, given the time frame since then till now, no one else has come out (apparently) with a 720p HD webcam with integrated H.264 video encoding, so here it is. It will retail for $119, making it more expensive than other webcams out there in the market, but hey, those can’t boast 720p resolution when making a video call, can they? You even get ultra-sensitive dual microphones which transmit crystal clear sound even from several feet away. [Press Release]
