A single FCC filing has showed that RIM’s BlackBerry Pearl 3G has been approved, where it will come in a couple of variants – one with 14 keys while the other has an additional 6 keys. Both of them will operate on WCDMA Bands II and V, which means they will play ball with Bell, Telus, Rogers and AT&T. Having said that, expect to see both models to hit the market sometime within the next couple of weeks since RIM has already promised a May release window, so do look out for an official press release from the big boys soon.
