Getting about on a bicycle is catching on in cities as it helps save a whole lot on parking not to mention keeping the environment green and clean. Unfortunately, you aren’t easily spotted at night as the standard reflector strips don’t really help for drivers with poor vision, which is where the Ferris WheeLED comes in handy – it can be attached to your wheel spokes, turning your bike into a veritable mobile light show. There is a dozen different design patterns to choose from in order to create a range of flash sequences. You can choose from blue, white or pink colors, where it is powered by a trio of LR44 batteries. You will need to fork out around $25 to get the Ferris WheeLED working on your bike, so a pair will double that amount. Right now it is available only in the Land of the Rising Sun, with no word on whether it will be exported elsewhere or not.
