HP Introduces New Affordable Monitors

While all the big and expensive LCD displays are nice to look at, not everybody can afford them, and with that in mind, HP probably has something to offer you. The computing giant is planning to launch three new low-priced displays, the 20-inch S2031, 21.5-inch S2231 and the 23-inch S2331. Common specifications include a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, VGA and DVI-D connections, 5ms response time and the use of a two-lamp panel instead of the usual four-lamp units, helping you to lower your power draw. The S2031 will sport a 1600 x 900 pixel resolution, while the other two models will offer the full 1080p resolution that we all crave for nowadays. Pricing for these monitors are $150, $190 and $220, and we don’t need to tell you which price belongs to which model, right? Expect these displays from HP to be released on May 16th.
