Looks like the second iPhone 4G prototype that has gotten lost in translation somewhere, ending up in Vietnam, has been spotted running iPhone OS 4 – or at least, that is what it looks like according to the image above. Could this be just an older version of the iPhone OS displaying a screenshot of the new iPhone OS 4, or is it the real deal?
