MSI Preparing Its Slatebook Windows 7 Tablet For Computex 2010

Micro-Star International (MSI) is gearing up to showcase a tablet PC, dubbed the MSI Slatebook, at Computex 2010, which will be held from June 1st to 6th in Taipei, Taiwan. According to DigiTimes, the Slatebook will be powered by Windows 7 and sport specifications that include Intel’s Atom processor, a 10-inch display, built-in 3G and Wi-Fi, and will be priced below $500. Aside from that, the Taiwanese manufacturer is also evaluating a tablet device based on NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 platform, though it plans to evaluate the market demand before deciding whether to launch it. Are you looking forward to checking out a Windows 7 tablet from MSI, or are you daydreaming of what a webOS tablet from HP would be like?
