Orange And T-Mobile Join Forces To Become Everything Everywhere

You might or might not have been expecting it, but the reality is that Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom have just merged their UK operations, combining Orange UK and T-Mobile UK to become Britain’s largest communications company, now known as Everything Everywhere. Thanks to this 50–50 joint venture that will merge corporate operations and network resources of both companies together to create an umbrella company, but will continue to operate under two brands, Everything Everywhere can now boast a healthy 713 retail stores, 16,000 employees and a customer base as large as 30 million.
