Hot on the heels of Bell’s Novatel Wireless MiFi recall, Canadian wireless carrier Rogers Wireless has also issued a recall notice, calling for all its Novatel Wireless MiFi 2372 Rocket mobile hotspot devices to come home, due to the faulty battery. Owners of the device will be receiving a pre-addressed and pre-paid envelope, allowing them to send the device back. Owners should receive the device back within 7 to 10 business days, though unlike Bell, it doesn’t seem like Rogers will be offering a temporary device to be used. On the bright side, you will be credited back for the time that your MiFi is out of action.
