Sony knows that the economy is bad and battered, and aims to help fledgling gamers out with the Essentials range from next month onwards in the UK, where £9.99 a pop will net you classic such as Daxter, Everybody’s Golf, LocoRoco, Secret Agent Clank, WipEout Pulse, Patapon 2, and Buzz! Master Quiz on June 4th, followed by another ten in July. Could this move signal the possibility of Sony introducing a new handheld that might see action at E3?
