
We’ve seen T-Mobile’s SIM card being crammed into the iPad before this, and now it seems that there are folks over in the UK who can’t wait to get hold of the iPad 3G as well, as John Benson has imported an iPad 3G from the US, and decided to turn his Vodafone SIM into the microSIM necessary to make the iPad’s 3G connection work. This was achieved by your usual cutting tool – the meat cleaver. While it’s fine and dandy for you to take things into your own hands, it’s always good to remember that you’ll want to be careful with your data usage, because if you aren’t on an unlimited data plan, you could be facing a rather hefty bill at the end of the month.
