Zhuo Nisi Technology has a spanking new 7″ netbook that will be powered by an ARM-based processor that runs at a clock speed of 1GHz which ought to be more than decent enough for your everyday use. The display itself is touchscreen sensitive, allowing you to fold down over the keyboard to use it in a tablet form factor if that is your cup of tea. Just don’t expect it to be that versatile as a Windows-powered device, considering the Google Android operating system has yet to reach full maturity. Folks who are on a budget can always consider the standard netbook version that lacks touchscreen capability. Do you think devices like these will ever see the light Stateside, or will they remain a China specialty?
