
Microsoft’s Bing seems to be scoring a few wins recently, and after managing to get itself listed as a search provider on the iPhone, word is now going around that Microsoft and Amazon are in talks to make Amazon the preferred partner of shopping search results for Bing. Considering that Amazon is already pretty popular when it comes to online retailing, you can bet that if such a move were to be finalized, other online retailers would have some cause to worry. There wasn’t any mention of the monetary terms or when this deal would be completed, so we’ll have to play the waiting game for the time being.
