With WWDC just around the corner, we’re more or less expecting announcements related to the iPhone 4G, iPhone OS 4.0, and Safari 5, but this latest leak regarding a multi-touch trackpad peripheral seems to come entirely out of the blue (not that we’re complaining). According to the leaked information, it should be a Bluetooth device that connects to your desktop (or notebook if you wish), allowing you to enjoy all the multi-touch madness if you aren’t already using a MacBook with a multi-touch trackpad. Let’s not forget that Apple already has filed a trademark application for a Magic Trackpad some time back. Considering that Apple loves touch input more than a little bit, this does seem like a rather logical move. Do you think this Magic Trackpad will be unveiled at WWDC later?
