Dell Streak to hit the UK

While you know that the Dell Streak is one tough puppy, how about getting one into your hands to test it out? Folks living in the UK will be able to do so by picking up the Dell Streak from selected stores of the Carphone Warehouse franchise, where it will be free if you are willing to commit £25 month with a mobile broadband contract on O2, while topping that amount with another £10 monthly will net you a contract with voice and unlimited data. For folks who decide to just pick up the Dell Streak as a standalone device, it is a whole lot more hefty at £429 a pop, which is the same price as the entry level iPad. Which do you think will come out tops?

Dell is also considered as the third largest PC vendors in the world, next to HP and Lenovo (as of 12/30/2013).
