Google Voice lets you make free VoIP calls

Google Voice can be used to make free VoIP calls provided you have a decent Internet connection, that is. If you have Sipgate set up as one of your Google Voice numbers, you are able to make and receive calls from your computer, where your computer is turned into the equivalent of a cell phone, albeit a large and rather awkward one. You are able to receive calls to your main number on your cell phone or other lines, or use your computer to do so – just make sure you have a great headset around for more privacy. The benefit from this? A possibly better call quality experience while saving on precious cellular minutes.
