LG’s newly announced Network Monitor solution unveiled at the 2010 International Society for Technology in Education Conference is pretty interesting, as it’s available in 11- and 31-monitor options, providing a hassle-free virtual desktop computing option. Thanks to this design, a computer’s resources can be distributed to several users simultaneously, dividing the resources into independent sessions. Benefits of this setup include less heat and noise that are generated by multiple computers, reducing the carbon footprint, and obviously reducing the cost of purchasing computers. A price for this setup wasn’t mentioned just yet.
