Nokia USA Offers Driver Editions For Popular Mobile Devices

Nokia’s US online store is currently running a new promotional offer, which offers “Drivers Editions” of many major handsets, meaning you can pick up the N97 mini, X6, 5230, 5800 or E72 from the store, and receive a free power converter (for your foreign trips), an in-car cradle, a chance to win a trip to Paris and free voice-guided navigation for 70 countries thanks to Ovi Maps. Seems like quite an interesting offer to try and attract customers and educate them on the GPS capabilities of Nokia devices. Do you think this move will affect the sales of standalone GPS navigation units, such as those from Garmin?
