Pioneer Introduces Elite Receivers With iPhone, Media Sharing

Pioneer has announced its new line of six Elite A/V receivers that pull the strings in your home theater system, offering connectivity features to streamline entertainment and deliver top notch sound for your home. If you’re on a tight budget, the fact that Pioneer is offering the VSX-30 and VSX-31 for $550 and $650, with a more affordable price should be good news. Key new features of these machines are enhanced iPhone and iPod touch controls and functionalities, Bluetooth for streaming audio, Internet connectivity to stream Internet radio, and HDMI 1.4a. iPhone and iPod touch users will be able to adjust the receiver’s audio settings with Pioneers iControlAV App which is available for free in the App Store.
