Pogoplug has announced a firmware update that turns the internet sharing appliance into a “web printing” enabler that lets devices like iPads, iPods, Android phones and other internet connected devices print-capable. PogoPlug has worked with HP and Epson to enable all of their post-2005 printers to work with Pogoplug and Pogoplug 2. You can also let friends access your printer from anywhere on the web. The Pogoplug firmware update is free, and there is no subscription fees to use the service.
