The Samsung Galaxy S has certainly made a splash today, with it appearing as the Epic 4G for Sprint as seen above, while coming in the form of the Vibrant under the T-Mobile banner. What about those who prefer to ride it out with Verizon Wireless? Well, they have an EV-DO variant known as the Samsung Fascinate, where this sliding QWERTY keyboard smartphone will share all other similar hardware configurations except for the network bands which it will play nice with. Here’s an interesting piece of trivia – the Samsung Galaxy S is the first Google-based phone in the US that does not leave you to the mercies of being locked to a carrier exclusive.
