We’ve had a few peeks at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S Pro recently, and now some technical details of this Android-powered device have surfaced, giving us a better idea of what to expect when it’s finally released. Some of the details leaked include:
- Size: It’s shorter and narrower than the HTC EVO 4G, but it’s quite thick, thanks to its slide out keyboard.
- Keyboard: Sliding mechanism is smooth; the keys are raised, and made of soft plastic.
- Build: Apparently this device feels quite plasticky, though it could be due to it being a prototype.
- Screen: Super AMOLED display, possible a 4-inch one, and the resolution could be 480 x 800 pixels.
- Memory: 512MB of RAM
- Wi-Fi: 802.1 b/g/n
- Cameras: 5-megapixel rear camera that supports 720p video recording and front-facing VGA camera
- Radios: EVDO Rev. A, WiMAX.
- OS: Android 2.1 was installed on this device
