Samsung Introduces Its IVD-A10A Compact Blood Tester

Samsung looks like it’s getting serious in the healthcare business, as it has just introduced its IVD-A10A blood tester. According to Samsung, this tester is smaller, faster, and more accurate when compared to traditional blood checking equipment. It’s quite compact as it measures in at 250x350x250mm, and is able to check the level of cholesterol, glucose, and other items in the blood within 12 minutes. Samsung had previously confirmed that it planned to invest 1.2 trillion won in developing and manufacturing medical devices, so it’s a good start.
