Sprint Working On Fix For HTC EVO 4G Memory Card Bug

Do you remember the issue that Sprint’s HTC EVO 4G had that prevents you from saving files into the device’s bundled 8GB microSD card? The good news is that Sprint is already busy working on a fix for it, and it’ll be pushed out as an automatic over-the-air (OTA) update to devices. While that’s good news for new HTC EVO 4G owners, it’s worth noting that if you decided to root your device using the Unrevoked method, this patch will break the hack, locking your device again. That being said, the folks at Unrevoked are already looking into it, and a workaround should be available pretty soon. If you’re a proud new owner of the HTC EVO 4G, did you experience any issues with saving files to the memory card?
