The Referee Third Eye concept is a pretty useful one, and could possibly help avoid a lot of controversy in the World Cup. If it were implemented, there could be an additional referee who will be monitoring the game on screen, after which the notifications will be sent to the main referee and displayed on this watch-like device, informing him of the correct decision, and ensuring that the number of wrong calls will be cut down.
